About the Role:

As our Office Operations & Client Experience Coordinator
, you ll be the first impression of MPS while helping keep our busy business centre running smoothly every day. You ll work closely with the Marketing Coordinator, Community Manager, and Owner & General Manager, providing administrative, operational, and project support while helping deliver an exceptional experience for every client.

What You ll Do:
  • Provide administrative, operational, and project support to the Marketing Coordinator, Community Manager, and Owner & General Manager.

  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.

  • Manage a busy multi-line telephone system while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Support more than 250 business clients with a wide variety of reception and administrative services.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, mail, courier services, and virtual office requests.

  • Prepare documents, scan, print, proofread, and provide general administrative support.

  • Assist with marketing, client service, and office initiatives as required.

  • Look for opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall client experience.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1–2 years  experience in a professional office environment where managing a busy multi-line telephone system was a significant part of your role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Please Note: This role requires previous experience in a professional office environment, including managing a busy multi-line telephone system, handling administrative tasks, and supporting clients in a fast-paced office setting. Candidates with recent experience in similar office-based administrative or reception roles will be the strongest fit.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $48,500 per year ($24.05 per hour), based on a permanent full-time 38.75-hour work week.
  • Monday to Friday In-Office | 8:15 am – 5:00 pm (no evenings or weekends).
