Qualifications and Experience
Post-secondary education in office administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience in an administrative, office coordination, or operations support role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, calendars, document management, and common office technology. Experience handling confidential information, records, invoices, supplies, and internal communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. The role may involve frequent computer use, sitting for extended periods, repetitive motions, regular lifting of office supplies, and regular interaction with staff, visitors, and service providers.
Success MeasuresAdministrative deadlines are met and follow-up items are tracked effectively. Records, forms, supplies, and office systems are accurate, accessible, and current. Staff and visitors receive timely, professional, and helpful support. Office services, vendors, equipment, and supplies are coordinated with minimal disruption. Confidential information is handled appropriately and organizational policies are followed.
