Key Responsibilities:

• Process transfer requests in accordance with service standards

• Manage transfers mailbox and incoming communications

• Initiate and track manual and automated transfers

• Provide operational support and documentation organization

• Assist colleagues in the department as needed

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years in back-office administration

• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Knowledge of financial systems is advantageous

• English fluency required;
French skills are a plus
