Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk reception and client service requests

• Coordinate the Accommodation Letter project efficiently

• Handle complex requests and provide timely responses

• Maintain office supplies and manage documentation effectively

• Organize meetings, training, and outreach for student resources

Requirements:

• High School education complemented by one year of post-secondary study

• Four years of relevant administrative experience

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Proven ability to work calmly under pressure

• Familiarity with disability services and customer-oriented environments
