Endeavor Trust Corporation is a provincially regulated financial institution and transfer agent in downtown Vancouver. We work behind the scenes of the Canadian securities market — supporting public and private companies with share transactions, financings, corporate actions, and shareholder record management.

We are hiring a Data Entry Clerk to support our Securities Operations team. This is an entry-level role well-suited to someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with computers and confidential information. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update sensitive personal information accurately and confidentially.

Process stock-related transactions using internal software and follow established procedures.

File, scan, photocopy, and organize documents (both physical and electronic).

Prepare outgoing documents for courier, mail, and client delivery.

Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have:

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a deadline-driven environment.

Comfort working with computers and learning new systems.

Ability to handle confidential information with care and professionalism.

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and deadlines.

Clear written and verbal communication.

Nice-to-Have:

6-12 months of office, administrative or data entry experience.

Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, onsite (not remote).

Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Compensation & Benefits:

$19 - $22 /hour (approximately $40,/year based on full-time hours), depending on experience.
