You will be responsible for all aspects of examination administration, including preparing materials, processing registrations, and managing the logistics of exam day operations. A strong commitment to public service and organizational skills will be crucial as you handle exam inquiries and coordinate communications with external test centres. Your regular travel to various exam locations throughout British Columbia is a key part of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process exam registrations and eligibility confirmations
• Assemble and prepare exam materials for distribution
• Facilitate logistics and proctoring during exam days
• Communicate effectively with candidates and test centres
• Maintain accurate exam records and prepare reports
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• High school diploma with a two-year diploma
• Valid Driver's License required for travel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and communication
