Position OverviewThe Dilawri Group of Companies is currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team and support all warranty-related activities with the luxury vehicle manufacturer, Audi.
This position offers flexible working hours with hybrid on-site/remote capability, to be determined by management and subject to the needs of the business.
The expected annual salary for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Warranty claim assessment, coding, invoicing, correction, and timely submission.
- Adherence to manufacturer's warranty latest policies and ensuring compliance to them.
- Training all relevant staff on warranty procedures within their position.
- Reviewing warranty credits and posting them to accounting.
- Assisting with payment discrepancy analysis using the warranty schedule and reporting to management.
- Communicating payment discrepancies, logging warranty deficiencies from staff and reporting to management on a weekly basis.
- Communicating short-payments with management and appealing them where justified within the allowed time frame.
- Ensuring that warranty return parts are properly tagged, shelved, and secured in the warranty returns room, returned on time and scrapped in a timely manner.
- Attending any training courses that are job-related by direction of the manufacturer or management.
- Ensuring that the maximum amount of warranty is processed, claimed and work orders closed weekly and by every month-end.
