Position: Full-Time Service Appointment Coordinator Role
Enhance customer experiences as a Service Appointment Coordinator at Jim Pattison Toyota in Downtown. This full-time role focuses on optimizing service appointment scheduling and customer relations.

As a key member of the Service Department, you will manage the flow of appointments, ensuring accurate and timely communications with customers.

Your role includes greeting customers, aligning service appointments with technician schedules, and following up with timely updates. This is more than just scheduling; it’s about fostering an outstanding service atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm appointments through various communication methods

• Gather vehicle information and welcome customers warmly

• Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding scheduling needs

• Update customers on their service status and reminders

• Maintain customer and vehicle records efficiently

Requirements:

• Customer service or administrative experience preferred

• Familiarity with dealership systems is a plus

• Strong communication and multitasking skills required

• Detail-oriented with significant accuracy in data entry

• Must possess a valid BC Driver’s License
