Mosaic is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to play a vital role in our leadership team. With 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, your expertise will ensure the efficient management of complex calendars, meetings, and travel for the President. You will be the go-to person for coordinating vital information and supporting key initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex executive calendars and schedule meetings

• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare materials

• Provide executive and personal assistance to the President

• Ensure smooth information flow across the leadership team

• Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience supporting senior executives

• Valid BC Driver’s license and comfortable with site visits

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Capability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

• Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed
