Lamborghini | Bentley | Aston Martin Vancouver is currently looking to fill a position for a Pre‑Owned Vehicle Manager — Ultra‑Luxury

This is not a traditional used vehicle role. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven automotive professional who can take full ownership of pre‑owned operations across three of the world’s most exclusive automotive brands. The successful candidate will lead inventory strategy, acquisition, pricing, profitability, and performance with the precision expected in an ultra‑luxury environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize gross profit and inventory ROI while maintaining ultra‑luxury brand standards.
  • Control all vehicle acquisition strategies including trades, private purchases, wholesale, auctions, and market intelligence sourcing.
  • Own and execute pricing strategies using real‑time market analytics to outperform competitors.
  • Drive rapid inventory turn while protecting margin and brand positioning.
  • Oversee and control the appraisal process ensuring disciplined, data‑driven, and profitable valuations.
  • Manage reconditioning cost control and vehicle readiness timelines.
  • Execute luxury merchandising standards that elevate presentation, desirability, and perceived value.
  • Develop, lead, and hold sales professionals accountable to elite customer experience and closing standards.
  • Track, analyze, and outperform KPIs including inventory aging, turn rate, gross profit per unit, and acquisition efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strategic industry relationships to secure rare, high‑value, and exotic inventory.
  • Provide executive‑level reporting, performance metrics, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Additional duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years of proven success in Used Vehicle or Pre‑Owned Leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to‑ and seven‑figure used department profitability.
  • Experience in luxury, exotic, or high‑line automotive strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in inventory strategy, appraisals, reconditioning cost control, and pricing analytics.
  • Strong command of vAuto, CARFAX, Auto Trader analytics, wholesale channels, and market data tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Executive presence with the ability to serve ultra‑high‑net‑worth clientele.
  • Be extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Be self‑motivated with a competitive, results‑driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performance leadership team.
