- Assist in all sales channels of the parts department such as phone sales, back and front counter sales, and wholesale sales
- Order picking for sales orders
- Accurately keep inventory of parts, and accessories by labeling and placing in the proper bins
- Receive freight and document in the DMS system accordingly
- Stock parts shelves as required and/or directed
- Maintain general cleanliness in all areas of the dealership
- Package and assist with deliveries and shipments of parts to customers
- Assist wholesale and retail parts customers by telephone and in person
- Assist in all aspects of promoting accessories and parts sales
- Perform cashier responsibilities when necessary
- Order and receive parts into inventory and assist with inventory management
- Automotive parts industry knowledge and experience (preferred)
- Previous experience in a customer service position
- Experience with CDK Global (preferred)
- An understanding and knowledge of the mechanical and parts components of automobiles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing demands
- Capable of working under pressure with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Able to work Saturdays
- Aptitude for problem solving and resolution
- Valid driver s license - a driver s abstract will be required
