SIXT is hiring a Vehicle Service Agent for our Downtown Vancouver branch. This full-time role involves cleaning, inspecting, and fueling rental vehicles to meet our high service standards.
As a Vehicle Service Agent, you will be integral to ensuring all vehicles are safe and clean for our customers. Your responsibilities include interior and exterior vehicle maintenance, inspecting for damages, and reporting safety concerns. You should expect to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions, actively managing the quality and efficiency of our rental fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain vehicle interiors as per standards
• Inspect and clean exteriors of a variety of car sizes
• Report any fluid levels or tire condition issues
• Fuel vehicles and prepare them for rental
• Assist with overall cleanliness of branch and customer support
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year in vehicle service or related
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Strong detail orientation and communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
