Elevate customer satisfaction as a Full-Time Service Lot Attendant at Destination Mazda Vancouver. Your responsibilities will focus on customer interaction and vehicle maintenance.
Destination Auto Group is hiring a proactive individual with a passion for customer service for this full-time position. The Service Lot Attendant will work varying shifts throughout the week, greeting customers, managing vehicle cleanliness, and ensuring their expectations are met during each encounter.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and wash vehicles after servicing
• Execute vehicle deliveries and pickups seamlessly
• Welcome customers upon arrival, both indoor and outdoor
• Complete video walk-arounds and vehicle assessments
• Prepare and check vehicles before entering the service queue
Requirements:
• Skilled in operating automatic and manual vehicles
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong work ethic with self-driven motivation
• Maintain professional, clean appearance
• BC Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract required
Deliver exceptional service and effective vehicle management at Destination Mazda Vancouver.
