Join the Dilawri Group as a Parts Advisor, delivering exceptional customer service and expertise in vehicle replacement parts. This role involves assisting both customers and technicians in finding the right parts quickly.
As a Parts Advisor under the Parts Manager's guidance, you'll utilize your knowledge to provide prompt service to all parts customers. Your responsibilities include determining needed parts through customer interaction, checking inventory, and preparing sales slips. You will also handle orders efficiently when necessary, ensuring customers receive what they need without delay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers with prompt and courteous service
• Identify replacement parts for customers and technicians
• Look up stock numbers using computers or catalogs
• Prepare sales slips and calculate charges accurately
• Order necessary parts to fulfill customer requests
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Parts Department
• Strong attention to detail in part identification
• Customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with automotive parts inventory processes
