As a key member of the Mercedes‑Benz Boundary team, the Sprinter Technician is responsible for vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
With your expertise, you will help maintain high productivity and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Reporting to the Service Manager, your contributions will be vital in the overall success of our service department.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct vehicle repairs and diagnostics in accordance with dealership standards
- Perform road tests to ensure safety and repair accuracy
- Follow up on time tracking for job accuracy
- Provide explicit communication on required repairs
- Keep an organized and clean workspace
- Automotive Technician certification or equivalent apprenticeship
- Previous dealership automotive repair experience
- Solid understanding of vehicle repair systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
