As a Shop Foreman within the service department, you will manage technician schedules and oversee repair quality. Your ability to diagnose complex issues while guiding and coaching the team will drive productivity. You will actively promote a culture of teamwork and safety while assisting the Service Manager with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily technician scheduling for optimal productivity
• Ensure quality inspections of completed repair work
• Diagnose vehicle issues and support technicians
• Monitor customer satisfaction and service follow-ups
• Promote a high-performance working environment
Requirements:
• Experience in a supervisory automotive role
• Red Seal or equivalent automotive qualification
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to workplace safety practices
