Your role includes managing orders, inventory accuracy, and effective communication with clients.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a parts advisory role within the automotive sector. In this position, you will be responsible for ordering parts and providing timely updates to clients regarding their purchases. You will also ensure inventory accuracy, assist in maintaining the organization of the workspace, and support your team by participating in departmental goals and handling special orders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage parts ordering and sales processes
• Communicate effectively with clients about delays
• Conduct weekly reviews of special orders for accuracy
• Ensure inventory integrity and address discrepancies
• Work collaboratively with department team to meet goals
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Parts Advisor
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership DMS
• Possess valid Class 5 driver’s licence
• Ability to lift weights up to 40 lbs
