Position: Automotive Painter at Dueck on Marine
Become a key player in the Body Shop at Dueck on Marine as an Automotive Body Shop Painter. This full-time role focuses on vehicle prep, priming, masking, and efficient painting processes.

As an Automotive Body Shop Painter, you will report to the Body Shop Manager while collaborating with the Collision Estimator to deliver high-quality vehicle finishes. Your responsibilities include painting vehicles according to specifications while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Continuous learning about the latest techniques and materials in automotive painting is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prime, prep, mask, and paint vehicles with precision

• Mix paint accurately according to specifications

• Correct any paint flaws swiftly and effectively

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Stay updated on new industry techniques and materials

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive painting

• Valid Red Seal certification or 3rd-4th year apprentice

• Own tools for effective performance

• Valid BC driver's license required

• Physically able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs)
