Your responsibilities will involve processing orders, managing inventory, and facilitating timely deliveries while ensuring high customer satisfaction levels across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service for inquiries in person and over the phone

• Handle payments and offer detailed labour estimates

• Conduct routine inventory counts and assist in restocking

• Source and accurately place parts orders for technicians and customers

• Monitor order statuses and coordinate with departments for timely delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as an automotive parts advisor

• General Motors experience is strongly preferred

• Dealership experience required

• Knowledge of aftermarket parts is beneficial
