THE TEAM

The mission of the Real Estate Development Business Management Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Real Estate Development teams are growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for enabling the seamless execution of Real Estate Development priorities across the division, including departments such as Architecture, Construction and Project Lifecycle Management. As a member of the Real Estate Development Business Management team, you will bring clarity, coordination, and structure to the day-to-day running of the business.

You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to manage priorities, support project life cycles, coordinate initiatives, and ensure teams have the information, tools, and infrastructure required to operate effectively. Whether supporting Architecture, Procurement, Construction, Facilities, or broader divisional initiatives, you will play a key role in connecting people, processes, and priorities to enable high-quality execution across Real Estate Development. This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in a specific area while gaining broad exposure across the full project lifecycle.

THE ROLE
  • Facilitate the identification, evaluation and prioritization of work within a Real Estate Development function, ensuring departmental priorities are aligned, visible, and positioned for successful execution.
  • Enable the successful delivery of Real Estate Development projects by facilitating key lifecycle activities, including kickoffs, checkpoints, handovers, post-mortems, and ongoing coordination throughout project execution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to advance departmental, divisional, and cross-functional initiatives that support business objectives and drive operational effectiveness.
  • Connect people, priorities, information, and feedback across teams to ensure alignment, enable informed decision-making, and support seamless execution.
  • Ensure the tools, resources, systems, and organizational infrastructure required to support day-to-day business operations are in place and operating effectively.
  • Support the seamless running of the Real Estate Development business through effective communication, stakeholder alignment, information management, timeline coordination, and change management.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in architecture, construction, procurement, or real estate development.
  • A degree in business, or in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
