As the AI Principal Product Manager – Technical, you'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for large-scale AI products — from defining long-term roadmaps to driving cross-functional teams toward execution. You'll translate complex customer and business requirements into practical, AI-driven solutions that are both technically sound and commercially meaningful. Each day will blend strategic vision with hands‑on problem solving across machine learning, multi‑agent architectures, and advanced data science.
You'll also play a role in building the team itself — contributing to talent acquisition, participating in hiring, and supporting the career development of other product managers. The Data Intelligence team moves with urgency, builds for the long term, and holds itself accountable to getting the customer experience right.
Benefits and SalaryThe base salary range for this position is $157,600 to $263,200 CAD annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon's total compensation package may also include sign‑on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
