Become a pivotal member of Lululemon’s Global Fulfillment Strategy team. This role emphasizes data-driven strategy, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational performance.
As a Strategy Manager, you will provide analytical rigor in executing fulfillment strategies across Lululemon's Global Fulfillment portfolio. Collaborating with regional leaders, you will develop and maintain quantitative models crucial for long-range network decisions, generate executive-ready deliverables, and support complex project coordination across various functions. Your expertise will influence critical investment decisions that affect the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain fulfillment functional strategies
• Build long-range network and capacity models
• Generate business cases for strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data alignment
• Prepare presentations for VP+ leadership consideration
Requirements:
• B.A./B.S. in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years in operations or strategic planning
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
• Experience in retail supply chain environments
