• Own launch readiness and adapt processes for evolving product releases

• Maintain quality product documentation and knowledge resources
• Define actionable metrics for self-service and team effectiveness
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in Product Operations or related fields
• Experience managing cross-functional processes and partnerships
• Strong analytical skills and dashboard creation
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams
• Hands-on experience with AI integration and automation
