As Senior Director, Process Operations, you will establish project standards across the Idea-to-Consumer and Go-To-Market domain. You will shape intake, prioritization, reporting, KPI frameworks, and delivery methodologies. Your work supports seasonal product delivery through stronger visibility, accountability, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and scale Arc’teryx’s I2C/GTM PMO capability
Lead initiative intake, evaluation, prioritization, and governance forums
Develop portfolio reporting, KPIs, and performance measures
Monitor risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, and seasonal readiness
Lead cross-functional programs across Product Creation and I2C/GTM
Requirements:
Deep knowledge of apparel, footwear, or accessories product creation
Experience with seasonal creation, stage-gates, commercialization, and I2C dependencies
Proven portfolio governance and PMO capability design experience
Expertise in business process design and operational excellence
Experienced people leader with exceptional communication skills
Bring PMO leadership, portfolio insight, and product creation expertise to Arc’teryx’s North Vancouver operations.
