As Staff Product Manager, Fintech New Bets, you will own product direction across insurance, consumer financing, spend management, and business banking. You will turn loosely defined opportunities into customer-tested products with revenue accountability. Success requires strong product judgment, commercial rigor, and influence across complex domains.
Key Responsibilities:- Frame customer problems and run lean validation experiments
- Evaluate build, buy, and partner decisions across fintech providers
- Define MVPs, sequence roadmaps, and scale financial products
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
- Use adoption, economics, and risk insights to guide investment
- Extensive product management experience taking products from concept to launch
- Staff or principal-level experience influencing without authority
- Deep familiarity with cards, banking, insurance, or lending
- Experience launching financial products with revenue accountability
- Ability to connect customer insight with business strategy
