Lead enterprise change planning and adoption for BC Ferries in Victoria or Vancouver Lower Mainland, using stakeholder engagement and impact assessment skills.
As a Change Management Specialist reporting to the Vice President and Chief Information Officer, you will support business transformation. The work spans change strategies, integrated plans, readiness, communication, learning, and adoption. You will operate across people, process, and technology while supporting new business capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess change scope, complexity, impacts, risks, and readiness gaps
- Develop fit for purpose change strategies and integrated plans
- Deliver engagement, communication, and change activities
- Define learning, knowledge, and performance support needs
- Monitor readiness, adoption, proficiency, and sustainment measures
- Degree or diploma in business, human resources, or related discipline
- Five plus years leading organizational change initiatives
- Five plus years alongside project, program, or portfolio teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions
