IoT Enterprise Account Success Manager

Samsara’s remote Canada team needs an IoT-focused Customer Success Manager skilled in executive communication and operational problem-solving.

This enterprise role partners with customers using Samsara’s platform for fleets, utilities, transportation, and other physical operations. You will translate platform capabilities into workflow improvements, remove barriers to business value, and connect internal teams around customer outcomes. The work combines strategic consulting, account management, and technical product guidance.

• Ensure customers improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability
• Understand customer operations and recommend workflow changes
• Remove barriers to achieving agreed business value
• Lead executive reviews and align upcoming customer goals
• Champion Samsara cultural principles across global teams

• Four-plus years in senior Customer Success or strategic consulting
• Enterprise SaaS experience is preferred
• Solutions-oriented approach with strong problem-solving ability
• Diplomacy, tact, and poise during customer issues
• Bachelor's degree and up to 25% travel availability
