Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor franchisees on enhancing operational margins
• Review and improve financial and operational outcomes
• Design and lead collaborative coaching sessions
• Guide leadership development within franchises
• Promote accountability and strategic planning
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in coaching or operations leadership
• Strong track record in P&L improvements
• Skilled in group facilitation and coaching
• Excellent relationship management abilities
• Ability to travel 10% within Canada and the US
