Client Partnerships Account Manager

Strengthen client partnerships through claims administration, contract management, and solution development in Green Shield Administration’s hybrid environment.

Green Shield’s Account Manager serves partners across the health benefits sector, coordinating internal teams to meet commitments. This position requires knowledge of health and dental claims processing, provincial benefit landscapes, and group insurance. Success includes managing business performance, resolving service challenges, and supporting client-focused strategies.

• Ensure client commitments meet established service level agreements
• Coordinate Green Shield Administration and shared service partners
• Escalate emerging service challenges and deliverables appropriately
• Support client-specific strategies and execute account plans
• Represent Green Shield Administration at industry events and conferences

• Minimum five years’ account management or executive experience
• Third-party payor, TPA, advisor, or related sector experience
• Extensive customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and English proficiency
