Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role is critical in supporting BCCFP's mission through a new member engagement strategy. You will lead the development and use of a CRM platform to optimize member interactions. Your strategic insight will advance BCCFP's vision by fostering collaboration and implementing organization-wide improvements.

Requirements:
