Analyze business processes and support AI automation during Definity’s Winter 2027 co-op placement. Build practical experience in a hybrid work environment.
This four-to-eight-month placement suits students studying business, operations management, information systems, computer science, or related fields. You will translate business requirements, document workflows, and support AI agent initiatives. The work includes process improvement, automation, performance tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and document business processes and workflows
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Support AI agent design, testing, and deployment
- Maintain existing AI agents and automations
- Create process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Current enrollment in a university or college program
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
