This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your expertise directly influences cutting-edge AI systems used by top research labs.

- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in AI training pipelines
- Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to teams, incentives, organizational structure, and decision-making
- Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak managerial reasoning in AI outputs
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI handles complex leadership situations
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
- Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying tradeoffs
- Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios, recommendations, and case studies
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without close supervision
- MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
- Real-world leadership, operations, or executive experience
- Prior experience with AI evaluation, content quality workflows, or instructional design
