Shape enterprise AI strategy at Accenture Song through use-case prioritisation, transformation roadmaps, and responsible governance for international clients.
This Lead and Principal AI Transformation Associate Manager translates business growth objectives into actionable transformation programmes. You work with CMOs, CDOs, and senior business leads on strategy, operating models, and organisational readiness. Your expertise connects artificial intelligence and machine learning with business processes, workforce change, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with senior leaders to define AI strategy and priorities
- Evaluate programmes, capabilities, gaps, risks, and adoption blockers
- Document decisions, trade-offs, assumptions, and transformation standards
- Plan use-case sequencing, capability uplift, and operating-model evolution
- Translate AI developments into client-focused strategic thought leadership
- Four years designing and delivering enterprise transformation programmes
- Experience with strategy, prioritisation, and business case development
- Two years of people management and demonstrated mentorship experience
- University Degree required for this position
- English required across Canada, United States, and global stakeholders
