Drive operational projects for HUB International’s National Employee Benefits and Retirement Team using Excel, Power BI, and data management skills.
The Project Coordinator supports Canadian EB leadership across strategic initiatives spanning five regions. This role coordinates automation, process improvement, document harmonization, and data management work. Success requires project management experience, strong organization, customer service commitment, and independent execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Document plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and follow-ups
- Develop change management strategies for new processes
- Create Excel and Power BI reports and visualizations
- Coordinate regional teams, vendors, and GRS initiatives
- Project management experience, ideally in insurance or employee benefits
- Employee Benefits or Group Retirement background is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Power BI
- CRM knowledge, ideally Dynamics or EPIC
- Strong organization, communication, analytical, and independent-working skills
