HAECO aims to nurture future aviation leaders through this Graduate Trainee program. You will develop soft skills, engage in departmental work at HAESL, and participate in unique secondments. Strengthen your expertise with experiences at Swire Group and Rolls-Royce, creating valuable connections in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Undergo comprehensive soft skills training
• Familiarize with HAECO processes for two weeks
• Work within HAESL departments for practical experience
• Complete a secondment with Swire Group for 12 weeks
• Experience a 12-week stint at Rolls-Royce in the UK
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management
• Organized, self-motivated individual
• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork
• Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
