Senior Financial Services Business Analyst

Lead requirements gathering and transformation analysis as a Business Analyst supporting a Vancouver hybrid portfolio within Canadian financial services. Apply strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

This 12-month contract sits within a Program Management Office supporting strategic, technical, regulatory, and enterprise transformation initiatives. The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders, technology teams, subject matter experts, and vendors. The focus includes translating business needs into practical technology solutions and improving advisor and client experiences.

• Gather requirements through discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct gap, feasibility, impact, and future-state process analysis
• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and change management
• Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts across work streams

• Five-plus years of Business Analyst experience in financial services
• Transformation experience within banking, wealth management, or fintech
• Strong Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology knowledge
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office, Excel, or SQL
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
