This Customer Success Implementation Manager leads customized onboarding plans and retailer product integrations. You will coordinate internal teams, clients, product, and engineering through project completion. The position emphasizes training, documentation, reporting, risk mitigation, and clear updates for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop onboarding plans based on customer goals
• Create project plans for retailer integrations and launches
• Conduct training sessions and create delivery documentation
• Coordinate resources, roadmaps, risks, and program ceremonies
• Provide actionable status updates and mitigation plans

• Five or more years in implementation, project management, or customer success
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong workback schedule and timeline management skills
• Analytical problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities
• CRM or project management platform experience
