Turn process data into practical improvements at Alfa Laval Canada as a Business Improvement Analyst, primarily office based and focused on digital solutions.
This analyst role supports continuous improvement, business process development, and digital transformation across Alfa Laval Canada. You will interview teams, map current and future processes, analyze operational data, and help colleagues adopt improved ways of working. Collaboration spans order fulfilment, finance, sales, logistics, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Interview stakeholders and identify process pain points
- Gather baseline data on errors, rework, and handoffs
- Create current-state and future-state process maps
- Design workflows, forms, sites, and automations using Microsoft 365
- Build KPI, adoption, and improvement-effectiveness dashboards
- Degree or diploma in business, IT, or equivalent experience
- Two to three years in analyst, operations, or process improvement work
- SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Process mapping experience with Visio, Miro, or similar tools
