Business analysis and operational problem-solving shape Pro Experience improvements at The Home Depot across fulfilment, delivery, inventory and stores.
The Business Analyst supports initiatives from concept through implementation while coordinating internal and external partners. You will translate business needs into requirements, analyze operational data, and support launches. The work also includes Pro operations, reporting, process documentation and system testing.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate cross-functional Pro Experience initiatives and workplans
- Analyze sales, inventory, order and delivery data
- Coordinate FDC assortment onboarding and changes
- Develop SOPs, communications and training materials
- Support testing, launches and rollout readiness
- Two-plus years in business analysis or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or work streams
- Strong analytical skills with large data sets
- Microsoft 365, Excel and PowerPoint working knowledge
