This senior product management role focuses on fraud prevention and seamless banking experiences. You will understand customers, accounts, and money movement products while developing controls for end users and risk teams. You will translate complex risk concepts into priorities and measurable product strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Define strategic vision for fraud mitigation and risk experience
- Apply appropriate friction using risk signals and journeys
- Partner with data science on continuous model improvement
- Establish metrics for effectiveness and customer impact
- Scale risk capabilities across Mercury’s product suite
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Deep understanding of risk friction and user outcomes
- Experience with automated decisioning and real-time data
- Ability to interpret model performance and actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and comfort with ambiguity
