Landscape Construction Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced landscape construction Foreman to join the Jones Outdoor Living team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for construction and coordinating the daily activities of our projects. You will work with a designer and/or Project Manager and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Read and interpret construction plans
• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews
• Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with Project Manager to develop project schedules and budgets
• Utilize construction management software, such as LMN & Dext, to track project details and communicate with team members
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met
• Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations

• Experience in a leadership role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction
• Ability to effectively supervise and manage a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of budgeting processes and cost control measures
• Familiarity with quality control procedures in landscape construction projects

$35-$45 hourly
