This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Site Manager based in Vancouver, BC. The Construction Site Manager will oversee daily operations on active construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Tasks will include coordinating with tradespeople, monitoring project timelines, managing budgets, ensuring safety compliance, and problem-solving on-site challenges. Effective collaboration with project stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.

• Strong skills in Site Management and Construction Site Management to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure project success
• Experience in Planning and organizing construction projects efficiently
• Proficiency in Cost Control and Budgeting to manage resources effectively and maintain financial oversight
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and clients
• A strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Ability to work independently, solve problems effectively, and execute tasks in a timely manner
• Professional experience in residential construction is a significant asset
• Relevant educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
