Project Manager Civil

Skyline Recruitment is partnering with a well-established civil contractor in British Columbia to hire a Project Manager
.

Our client is a respected, multi-division construction group with decades of experience delivering complex public and private infrastructure projects across BC. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven civil professional looking to grow within a stable and reputable organization.

• Lead civil construction projects from pre‑construction through completion
• Prepare cost estimates and assist with tender submissions
• Manage budgets, schedules, and contract requirements
• Oversee change management, progress claims, and cost controls
• Conduct site visits and attend client/consultant meetings
• Review and manage quality control, safety (OH&S), environmental, and traffic management plans
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Provide ongoing support to field operations

• 4+ years of Project Management experience in civil construction
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, earthworks, etc.)
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Project)
• Valid BC Driver’s License
• Post‑secondary education in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (asset)
