Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs for civil infrastructure projects

• Manage the full tender process from review to submission

• Analyze drawings and specifications for scope assessment

• Collaborate with operations on project planning

• Maintain bid databases and track outcomes

Requirements:

• 5+ years in civil construction, estimating, and project management

• Knowledge of BC civil construction and subcontractor market

• Proficient in Bluebeam and related software

• Strong understanding of local municipal clients

• Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering Technology preferred
