Senior Estimator; CSA

Position: Linesight Senior Estimator (CSA) Role

In your role at Linesight, you will drive the development of overall project estimates, ensure quality control, and engage with project teams. Your extensive background in construction, with over 10 years of experience, will be vital. Leverage estimating systems such as CostX or InEight while building solid relationships and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate estimate development with project teams

• Lead total project estimate processes with precision

• Prepare Project Basis of Estimate and conduct risk analysis

• Provide recommendations to tackle complex project issues

• Maintain a library of local rates for accurate estimates

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as an Estimator

• Expertise in estimating software like Sage Timberline

• Relevant degree in construction or related field

• RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
