We are seeking detail-oriented candidates with extensive experience in bridge construction. You will engage directly in the construction process, from formwork to concrete placement, and manage construction materials and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and assist in installing bridge formwork accurately

• Help with concrete finishing and job site preparations

• Operate skid steers and heavy machinery as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and safety on-site

• Follow up on traffic direction in active zones

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in heavy civil work

• Familiarity with structural concrete and drawing interpretations

• Valid Class G driver's license

• Willingness to work extended hours and travel

• Strong commitment to safety and quality execution
