Field Labourer in Construction Projects

In this role, you will collaborate with the Site Superintendent and provide valuable assistance with site activities. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, cleanup tasks, and supporting trades and supervisors. An understanding of construction tools and effective communication is vital to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support site operations under Site Superintendent supervision

• Load and unload materials for construction tasks

• Assemble and break down structures as needed

• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards

• Remove, fill, or compact earth on-site

Requirements:

• At least one year of construction experience required

• Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs

• Effectively use manual tools and equipment

• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods

• Able to work independently or as part of a team
