Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the activities of our residential restoration and renovating projects from start to finish.

Evaluate damage scope and prepare accurate bids and estimates for home construction or renovation projects utilizing proprietary software.

Consult with customers, insurance adjusters, and engineers regarding restoration plans, specifications, and project approvals.

Select, hire, and supervise trade subcontractors to do specialized work, such as plumbing, heating, electrical, and drywall repair during the reconstruction phase.

Plan and prepare work schedules and co-ordinate the daily activities of internal restoration crews and external subcontractors.

Inspect work performed by crews and subcontractors to ensure quality and conformity with plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and trade subcontractors for necessary restoration materials and equipment.

May perform light demolition, mitigation, or other trade work during home construction or renovation activities when required.

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the restoration, home building, or renovation industry is required. Previous experience in supervising crews or project management is an asset.

Licenses: Valid driver’s license.

Skills / Physical Demands:

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).

Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.

Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
