Réalis is seeking a Construction Inspector based in Vancouver, focusing on projects across British Columbia. Bring your inspection expertise to ensure construction quality and team collaboration.
This role requires a seasoned inspector with 5-10 years of experience in large-scale construction projects. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to monitor contractors and ensure adherence to contract specifications. You'll play a critical part in documenting construction activities and communicating progress to clients and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor contractors and perform quality assurance activities
• Communicate effectively with client representatives and contractors
• Document construction activities and maintain daily reports
• Research contract requirements for compliance with specifications
• Support internal project management with timely updates
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of inspection experience in large projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of multi-disciplinary construction sites
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
