  • Provide construction management support to owners and developers, augmenting their in‑house construction teams with expertise in trade package development, trade procurement, construction management platform (Procore) implementation, and procedures development.
  • Assist industrial clients with equipment integration into base buildings that were not originally designed for this purpose, assembling a team of designers, code consultants, and trade contractors to conduct feasibility studies, preliminary design, and cost estimating.
  • Conduct regular site visits at preconstruction and construction phases to perform site assessments and prepare documentation as required.
  • Actively participate in business development and proposals for new and existing clients to help grow the business and expand our professional service offering.
  • Maintain internal financial control of projects, ensuring all activities and deliverables are managed within budget.
  • Prepare project plans and schedules, maintaining compliance with the internal Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure deliverables meet consistently high standards.
  • Assist with training and mentoring of staff, providing leadership across all assigned projects.
  • Utilize tools such as RSMeans Online, Procore, Builder, Sketch Up, Holo Builder, Drones, Building Connected, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and others to prepare deliverables for Construction Solutions.
